City Life Leadership Colleges teaches classes for credit through affiliation with Portland Bible College. PBC is a Bible College located in Portland, Oregon, that has been training leaders since 1967. The faculty is committed to raising leaders whose lives are established on biblical values and carry the Spirit of God wherever they go. Graduates are set up to serve as influential leaders in church in society.

The tuition for the City Life Leadership College is $5000 per year per student. The tuition covers all PBC credits, books, materials, and student trips.
A downpayment of $1000 is due upon the first week of school. The outstanding balance ($4000) is then divided into eight monthly installments ($500) per month beginning in October. These monthly payment will be due the 1st of each month. The City Life Leadership College can be paid in full at anytime throughout the program.
